Waterfall coloured blue

People gather at the base of a small waterfall to watch the changing colours during the Festival of Lights at Pukekura Park, New Plymouth in New Zealand. The top two levels are blue while the bottom level is turquoise. the surrounding trees and plants are also lit in places. The people cannot be identified.
