Hanging basket with lobelia

A hanging basket, planted with blue and white lobelia and strawberry plants hangs from a chain against a garden fence. The hanging basket has small grids to hold in the soil around the plants on the side of the basket. There are several colours of lobelia growing along the sides and from the top of the planter.
