Blue tit (Cyanistes caeruleus) on mahonia shrub

A blue tit (Cyanistes caeruleus) sits on a stem of yellow flowers on a mahonia shrub, one of the few flowering shrubs in late Autumn. The small bird has been feeding on the flowers of the shrub. The yellow of its breast feathers blends nicely with the flowers.
